ABCs of EVPs: Part 1 - The Starting Point: Strategy and Structure

Has your company decided that it wants to start an employee volunteer program (EVP), but is not sure how to begin? Do you currently work with company volunteers, but want to develop a more structured approach? This webinar, the first of a two-part series presented by the Northern New Jersey Business Volunteer Council, will explore how to develop an approach that works for your particular company -- and your community. Together, the presenters and participants will explore:

•    Who benefits from an EVP, and how?
•    How do you develop a strategy for your EVP?
•    How do you structure and organize an EVP?
•    How do you build support for your EVP plan?
•    How do you develop policies to guide your EVP?
